The location of this hotel was perfect for our New Year getaway! It was so close to all the activities and attractions we wanted to visit. We also loved that the rooms were spacious and clean. It was great having a comfortable and cozy space to relax in after a long day of exploring. One of the best aspects was the friendly and helpful staff. They made us feel welcome and were always there to assist us. The security guard was especially awesome and made us feel safe during our stay.

There were a few things that we didn't like about our stay. the lack of elevator was inconvenient, especially since we were on the 4th floor.

Centrally located, good value for money. Spacious and comfy rooms. Very clean, just bathrooms need more attention. Great communication and customer service. Convenient door codes for easy access. No front desk, room was private. Helpful porter with a smile. Extra towels provided when requested. Be sure to check ceilings for leaks.

We were so glad that we chose Rio Suites for our stay in Tijuana! Our original reservation fell through, but Rio Suites turned out to be a perfect backup option. The location was ideal and closer to all the activities we had planned. The unit was incredibly spacious and well-suited for our family of 5. The separate rooms for the kids made them feel special, and the dining area was great for enjoying takeout from nearby restaurants. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the management was so accommodating. We travel to Tijuana regularly, and Rio Suites will now be our go-to hotel.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and clean room, and the location was perfect, with a convenience store nearby. The staff at Rio Suites Hotel were exceptional, especially the friendly gentleman at the lobby who went the extra mile to assist us with our late check-in and luggage.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better at the hotel was individually wrapped condiments for the coffee.

Best aspects of the stay were the beautiful condo, with modern and stylish interiors, and the added security of a code entry system for both the front door and the gate. Additionally, the location of the property was perfect, as it was across the street from a medical building and within walking distance to an all-night convenience store.

Worst aspects of the stay were the lack of TVs in the bedrooms, with only one in the living room area, which was inconvenient. Moreover, the cleaning service was not up to par, as they ignored the sign requesting service even though we had let the lobby know about it in the morning.

The hotel's location was convenient as it was situated near key attractions and amenities. We were able to easily access restaurants, shops, and public transportation. Additionally, the hotel provided free Wi-Fi, which was a great advantage for staying connected during our vacation. Moreover, the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable as our room was neat and tidy.

There were several aspects of our stay that we did not like. the parking situation was quite problematic.
